BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Anuradha Gupta is Director of Research & Development at Keel Labs, where she leads teams focused on enhancing the functionality and properties of Kelsun™ fiber, scaling development across multiple stages, and implementing agile methodologies. She has held progressive roles at Keel Labs since 2022, including Senior Manager of Process & Product Development and Senior Scientist, contributing to innovations in biomaterials and sustainable fibers.

Prior to joining Keel Labs, Dr. Gupta gained experience in process development and quality assurance for medical textiles, nonwovens, and performance fabrics, collaborating with global manufacturers to develop high-performance products. She also contributed to research supporting maternal and child health through medical textile solutions during her tenure as a Research Scholar at North Carolina State University.

Dr. Gupta earned her Ph.D. in Textile Technology Management from North Carolina State University, where her research focused on natural fiber composites, predictive modeling, and demand forecasting. She also holds a PGPM in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Business Academy. Her work combines technical expertise, product innovation, and strategic leadership to advance sustainable and high-performance textile solutions.
